Ingredients

  • 150 g Oats
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Apples
  • 40 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 drops Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Steps

  1. Grind the Oats into flour using a coffee grinder.
  2. Wash the Raisins and soak them in clean water for 5-10 minutes. Rinse again afterward.
  3. Blend the Carrots and Apples into a puree. If your blender struggles, add a little water.
  4. Mix with Butter , Honey , Cinnamon , Vanilla extract , adding the baking powder last.
  5. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
  6. Let it cool before serving.
