Grind @Spelt{200%g}, @Einkorn Wheat{200%g} and @Kamut{100%g} finely into a flour mix. In a bowl, add @Water{350%ml}, @Dry Yeast{3%g} and Salt{1%tsp} and mix well. Then add the flour mix and knead until a dough emerges. Cover the bowl and set it aside for 45 minutes.
