Ingredients
- 200 g Spelt
- 200 g Einkorn Wheat
- 100 g Kamut
- 350 ml Water
- 3 g Dry Yeast
Steps
- Grind Spelt , Einkorn Wheat and Kamut finely into a flour mix.
- In a bowl, add Water , Dry Yeast and Salt{1%tsp} and mix well. Then add the flour mix and knead until a dough emerges.
- Cover the bowl and set it aside for 45 minutes.
