Ingredients

  • 200 g Spelt
  • 200 g Einkorn Wheat
  • 100 g Kamut
  • 350 ml Water
  • 3 g Dry Yeast

Steps

  1. Grind Spelt , Einkorn Wheat and Kamut finely into a flour mix.
  2. In a bowl, add Water , Dry Yeast and Salt{1%tsp} and mix well. Then add the flour mix and knead until a dough emerges.
  3. Cover the bowl and set it aside for 45 minutes.
