I’m using the following command to start my bitwarden_rs instance in a docker container:
docker run -d --name bitwarden -v /mnt/bitwarden-data/:/data/ -p 6000:80 bitwardenrs/server:latest
When I restarted my VPS today and tried to run the same command afterwards, docker complained about the container with the name
bitwarden already existed. The
docker ps command did not show any containers. After a bit of digging, I realized that i had to use
docker ps -a to reveal all containers and then use a simple
docker start <container-id> to start my container again.
