Fried WaiWai Noodles

  • Soak the noodles in hot water until they become soft. Don’t add yet.
  • Heat a pan with some oil. Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 1/2 onions, finely chopped.
  • Wait for the onions to become transparent, then add 1 tomato and cook for a while.
  • Add 2 eggs and 1/4 tsp. of salt, some coriander powder and some cumin powder.
  • Chop a green chili and add it.
  • Add a finely chopped carrot, one half bell pepper and a few green peas.
  • Now add the soaked noodles and their spices and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Top with fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
