127g Raisins
195g Water, blend with Dates to make a cream
62g Linseeds, blended
652g Oats
140g Cocos, mix with Oats and Linseeds
Add datecreme, put on baking dings in circa 1cm height.

Bake 40min at 130C° for, change sides, bake for 20min again.
