Pineapple Carrot Cake Breakfast Bread

  • 1 1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup organic sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oats

Mix well.

  • 3 large carrots, grated
  • 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Mix well then add to the dry stuff.

Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 190° for 1 hour
