🥣 Granola

Ingredients

  • 195g Dates, washed
  • 127g Raisins
  • 195g Water, blend with Dates to make a cream
  • 60g Linseeds, blended
  • 650g Oats
  • 140g Cocos flakes, mix with Oats and Linseeds

Process

Add datecreme, put on baking plate in circa 1cm height.

Bake for 40 min at 130 C°, change sides, bake for 20 min again.
