• 200g white flour
  • 200g whole grain flour
  • 250ml milk
  • 500ml oat milk
  • pinch of Salt


Put flour in pot, stir while adding milk. Dont add eggs yet to avoid lumps.

After making the basic dough, add eggs and Salt.

Heat a pan to maximum, then turn down to 2/3 heat.

Add a small piece of fat and pour about 2 medium scoops.

Wait for 3-4 minutes until the edges become done, turn and wait 1 more minute.
