Nepali Black Tea is a simple beverage based on black tea leaves. The distinct taste comes from the use of Garam Masala and sugar.
- 1 tsp black tea leaves
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 - 2 tsp brown sugar
- Boil water
- Add all ingredients to a large cup, the pour the boiling water
- Stir and then wait for a while before drinking to let the leaves and spices settle
