Garam Masala is a spice mix originating from India. It means hot spice mix. There is not one recipe, it differs from region to region and every family will have their own recipe. This recipe is a Nepali garam masala made specificially for using in Black Tea.
- 9g Green Cardamom
- 4g Black Cardamom
- 20g Cloves
- 7g Cinnamon Stick
- 4g Black Pepper
- 3x Star Anise
- Heat up all ingredients in a pan for
- Let it cool down for a while.
- Grind the ingredients to a fine powder.
