Small Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 300g Rice Noodles
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Paprika
- 2 fresh Tomatoes
- 1 jar Olives
- 200g Feta Cheese
- 200g pickled Tomatoes
- 200g Corn
Cook the rice noodles, let them cool down and add them to a salad bowl.
Meanwhile cut Cucumber, Paprika, Tomatoes (fresh & pickled), Olives, and Feta Cheese into small pieces. Add everything to the bowl.
For the dressing, mix 7 tbsp Water and 7 tbsp Olive Oil with a herb mix. I prefer "Gartenkräuter" by Knorr.
Tastes best when letting it sit and soak overnight.
