Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g ground nuts
  • 50 g breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. Whisk the butter until it’s fluffy, alternatively you get to room temperature by letting it sit outside of the fridge for a while or by gently heating it in a microwave or waterbath.
  2. Add the sugar . Then heat the chocolate to room temperature and add it as well.
  3. Crack the eggs and seperate the yolk and eggwhite, add the yolk. Set the eggwhite aside.
  4. Add the ground nuts and breadcrumbs .
  5. Make a uniform dough, then whisk the egg white until foamy, fold it in.
  6. Put in muffin forms and bake for 25 - 30min at 175°C.
