Ingredients

  • 500 g paneer
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 black pepper
  • 2 onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 200 g tomato puree
  • 200 g joghurt
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 tsp fenugreek leaves

Steps

  1. Cut paneer into long stripes and rub some chili powder into the stripes. Then fry them in oil until golden brown.
  2. Heat Ghee in pan, add black cardamom , cloves and black pepper .
  3. Add finely chopped onion and saute until transparent, then add the ginger-garlic paste , fry on medium heat until smell goes.
  4. Add coriander powder cumin , chili powder , turmeric , fry for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add tomato puree and joghurt
  6. Add fresh coriander, salt and cook until oil seperates, now add some water and keep cooking.
  7. Add paneer, Green chili , fenugreek leaves
