Steps
-
Cut
paneer
into long stripes and rub some chili powder into the stripes. Then fry them in oil until golden brown.

Heat
Ghee
in pan, add
black cardamom
,
cloves
and
black pepper
.

Add finely chopped
onion
and saute until transparent, then add the
ginger-garlic paste
, fry on medium heat until smell goes.

Add
coriander powder
cumin
,
chili powder
,
turmeric
, fry for about 30 seconds.

Add
tomato puree
and
joghurt
-
Add fresh coriander,
salt
and cook until oil seperates, now add some water and keep cooking.
