Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp water / cream
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Mix the butter with the spelt flour , then mix butter , egg , water / cream , paprika powder and salt to make a dough.
  2. Cool the dough for 30 min.
  3. Grease a springform, roll the dough and lay it in the form, pushing it up on the sides to make walls.
  4. Depending on the type of filling, bake the Quiche from 35 to 60 min at 200 °C on the lowest slot.
