Ingredients
- 250 g spelt flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp water / cream
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix the butter with the spelt flour , then mix butter , egg , water / cream , paprika powder and salt to make a dough.
- Cool the dough for 30 min.
- Grease a springform, roll the dough and lay it in the form, pushing it up on the sides to make walls.
- Depending on the type of filling, bake the Quiche from 35 to 60 min at 200 °C on the lowest slot.
