Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 g Powder Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Red Jam

Steps

  1. Make a dough from Flour , Butter , Egg and Sugar .
  2. Make the icing with Powder Sugar and Water .
  3. Knead everything well. Then leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Cut out biscuits in various shapes. Cut a round hole out of half of the biscuits.
  5. Bake the biscuits at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Brush the biscuits without a hole with Red Jam , place the perforated biscuits on top and sprinkle with icing.
