Make a dough from

Make the icing with

Knead everything well. Then leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cut out biscuits in various shapes. Cut a round hole out of half of the biscuits.

Bake the biscuits at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Brush the biscuits without a hole with
Red Jam
, place the perforated biscuits on top and sprinkle with icing.
