Ingredients

  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Cheese, grated
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Paprica powder
  • 1/8 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 eggs

Steps

  1. Mix Butter , Cheese, grated , Flour , Salt , Paprica powder , Curry powder into a dough and put it in the fridge for a 1/2 hour.
  2. Take out the dough, and roll it out and cut out biscuits.
  3. Brush the biscuits with Eggyolk from eggs .
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C (Ober-Unterhitze). Make sure they don’t get brown, otherwise they will get bitter.
  5. After baking let them cool down over night.
  6. When storing, don’t close the box, otherwise the biscuits will become rancid.
