Ingredients

  • 600 g Meat
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Joghurt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 50 g Cream
  • 1 tsp Jeera Dhaniya Powder
  • 2 Chilis
  • 1 tsp Salt

Steps

  1. Mix Meat , Pepper , Joghurt , Garlic , Cream , Jeera Dhaniya Powder , Chilis and Salt in a bowl.
  2. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
  3. Heat a good amount of oil in a pan and add the meat. Turn down the heat to low.
  4. Cook covered for at least one hour, until the oil starts to seperate, while stirring regularly.
  5. Add some more joghurt and cream, keep cooking. If it gets too dry, add some water.
