Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g ground nuts
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 50 g chocolate

Steps

  1. Mix together the butter , sugar , vanilla sugar , salt and egg .
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour , ground nuts , rolled oats , baking powder and cinnamon and add to the butter and sugar mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate .
  3. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of the dough approx. 8 cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper (approx. 9 mounds per tray).
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C top/bottom heat for about 13 minutes. Cookies must still be soft when you take them out!
  5. This recipe is easy to modify. You can also stir in 50 g chopped cranberries or nuts and use white chocolate or Smarties instead of dark chocolate.
