Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 75 g Flour
  • 75 g Ground nuts
  • 100 g Oats
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tsp pistachio cream
  • 2 tsp cocoa

Steps

  1. Mix together the butter , sugar , vanilla sugar , salt and egg .
  2. In another bowl, mix the Flour , Ground nuts , Oats , Baking Powder and Cinnamon and add to the butter and sugar mixture. Finally, stir in the raisins .
  3. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of the dough approx. 8 cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper (approx. 9 mounds per tray).
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C top/bottom heat for about 13 minutes. Cookies must still be soft when you take them out!
  5. This recipe is easy to modify. You can add pistachio cream and cocoa to turn this into a dubai cookie.
