Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dried Coconut
  • 8 Almonds
  • 12 Cashews
  • 7 Green Cardamom
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1,5 tsp Bellpepper Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 pcs Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Joghurt
  • 4 tbsp Fried onions
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1 handful Mint Leaves
  • 1 handful Fresh Coriander
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 300 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Steps

  1. Start by grinding Dried Coconut , Almonds , Cashews , Green Cardamom , Cloves and Black Pepper with a bit of water into a paste.
  2. Next add Chicken to a big bowl and add Turmeric powder , Chili Powder , Bellpepper Powder , Coriander Powder , Garam Masala , Salt , Cumin Seeds and Cinnamon . Mix well.
  3. Now add Joghurt and Fried onions and mix again.
  4. Cut Green Chili and add together with Mint Leaves , Fresh Coriander , Bay Leaves and Oil . Mix again, then add the prepared paste.
  5. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Add to a pan and saute for 5 - 7 minutes. Add Water .
  7. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and cook until tender für 12 - 15 minutes.
