Steps

Start by grinding
Dried Coconut
,
Almonds
,
Cashews
,
Green Cardamom
,
Cloves
and
Black Pepper
with a bit of water into a paste.

Next add
Chicken
to a big bowl and add
Turmeric powder
,
Chili Powder
,
Bellpepper Powder
,
Coriander Powder
,
Garam Masala
,
Salt
,
Cumin Seeds
and
Cinnamon
. Mix well.

Now add
Joghurt
and
Fried onions
and mix again.

Cut
Green Chili
and add together with
Mint Leaves
,
Fresh Coriander
,
Bay Leaves
and
Oil
. Mix again, then add the prepared paste.

Marinate for 30 minutes.

Add to a pan and saute for 5 - 7 minutes. Add
Water
.

Ginger Garlic Paste
and cook until tender für 12 - 15 minutes.
